These terms apply to the HospiceOps public website at hospiceops.org and hospiceops.com, including the workflow review form. By using the site, you agree to them.

They do not cover the HospiceOps product application. Agencies that use the product do so under a separate agreement.

The pages on this site describe what HospiceOps is and how to reach us. They are provided for general information. We work to keep them accurate and current, but we may change, correct, or remove content at any time without notice.

The site and its content are provided as is. We make no warranty about the accuracy, completeness, or availability of the site or anything on it.

The workflow review form is for hospice agencies and their teams. When you use it:

• Give truthful information, and only your own contact details.
• Do not submit requests with bots, scripts, or other automated tools.
• Never include patient information. Business contact details only.

We may decline or ignore submissions that do not follow these rules.

The content on this site, including its text, design, and images, belongs to HospiceOps. The HospiceOps name and logo are our marks. These terms do not give you a license to use any of it beyond viewing the site.

How we handle the information collected on this site is described in our Privacy Policy. In short: business contact details from the workflow review form, basic analytics, and never any patient information.

These terms are governed by the laws of the state where HospiceOps is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

If these terms change, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
